Meet the Team

Andy founded And—Now's predecessor Energy Design Studio in 1997, and has an incredible wealth of industry contacts, exceptional experience managing projects and (as a result?Eleanor has a habit of finding inspiration where you'd least expect it, and makes work that is relevant, effective and imaginative. The And—Now five-part process came out of that: a desire for design that is always well-informed, fuelled by research and curiosity. She studied Graphic and Communication Design (among other things) at Central Saint Martins and the School of Visual Arts in New York.) very little hair. Andy ensures that And—Now runs like a well-oiled machine. He is also responsible for new business generation, liaising with clients and external partners to ensure all projects meet our high standards at every stage.

Jake studied Graphic Communication at Cardiff Met University, graduating with a first in 2017. With an exceptionally diverse range of interests, Jake has always pushed to bring influence from a multitude of areas into his work. Using his understanding of design philosophy and techniques, he strives to bring about change with each concept he brings to life.

Collaborating with global teams to deliver effective communication and creative strategy, Luke translates complexity into tangible forms. He holds a first-class degree in Graphic Design from Ravensbourne London and a Master's in the Design of Experiences from The Sandberg Instituut, Amsterdam. Until recently he lived in Seoul, where he worked as a Design Technologist at an AgTech startup. Luke is at home in a fab lab, behind a pair of turntables or walking through the forest.

Off the train from Norfolk, Nic specialised in publishing design before getting hooked on branding after graduating in 2015. They get their kicks from creating effective design that enables communication and brings people, community and businesses together. As a hiking fan, Nic says it is a fact that the most delicious sandwich is eaten at the top of a hill.

Over the past seven years, Luca has designed visual identities for start-ups, global brands, and everything in between. From branding and packaging to campaigns and motion, he has helped build intuitive design systems that share one thing in common: a comprehensive brand story. Originally from Romania, Luca was born just an hour away from Dracula's Castle — but swears he's not a vampire.

Originally from Nottingham, Liv has spent the past five years managing brand and marketing projects, acting as the link between clients and creative teams. With a Law degree from University of Leeds, and a talent for bringing order to fast-paced environments, she leads work with clarity, warmth and a strategic focus. Outside of projects, she’s our resident Real Housewives expert — a title she accepts proudly.

Originally from Riga, Latvia, Estere studied film at University of the Arts London and brings an eclectic set of credentials to And—Now. She's been foraging for mushrooms since childhood, once met Queen Elizabeth who asked about her painting (age 11), and is working towards her long-term goal of becoming a homesteader with a flock of ducks. She's also proved herself to be a seriously good Account Manager.

Sam is a senior designer with a sharp eye for typography and a determination to craft beautiful things. This is his second stint with the studio. He first worked with Andy & and Eleanor some seven years earlier, back when we were called Energy Design Studio. Returning now brings a certain full-circle quality. Reassuringly, some things have remained intact: a lasting love of typography and a slightly misplaced loyalty to Arsenal.

A firm believer of ‘form following function’, Kaiz is a class of ’21 graduate from the University for the Creative Arts in Graphic Design. He feels that the best solutions come from grasping the problem, and so values research highly -- while also understanding the importance of being experimental and playful in approach.

Originally from Brighton but now based in Dalston, Caitlin graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2023. She has a passion for all things research and creative strategy, and values conceptual thinking alongside exploring playful methods of design within her creative practice. You can often find Caitlin at her desk in the studio accompanied by a jar of pickles or wearing an excessively large bright scrunchie.

Tania has hopped from Kenya, to Goa, to Glasgow, to London, to finally land here at And—Now, as a Junior Designer. She enjoys running quirky zines and making sauces from scratch. You can find her in the studio designing with a cup of chai in hand.

Joining the studio to help the team stay focused on what they do best – crafting exceptional design – Dan works mostly behind the scenes, but plays a key role in keeping things on our social channels running smoothly.
